How can I get a refund?

After purchasing your eSIM, you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing the QR code. Please note that the eSIM is a digital product, and once delivered via email, its usage cannot be restricted. Therefore, refunds or returns are not possible after purchase, except in the specific cases outlined in our policy.

Customers are entitled to request a refund or replacement if the eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical issue caused by SIMShopy or its telecommunications provider.

We are unable to provide a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Email Address: If you provide the wrong email, we can resend the eSIM to a different address, but we cannot guarantee that it hasn’t already been accessed by the owner of the incorrect email.
  • Incompatible Device: Refunds cannot be issued if your device is not compatible with eSIM. SIMShopy provides a list of compatible devices on its website, and customers can verify compatibility by contacting us before purchase.
  • Change of Mind: If you no longer need the eSIM or decide not to use it, we cannot offer a refund. Since eSIMs are digital products, SIMShopy cannot prevent their usage once delivered.
  • Other Cases: Refunds are not available for any situations not explicitly stated on this page.

How can I get an invoice ?

After placing your order, you will a payment receipt. If you need an invoice with a specific name and address, simply send a request with your order number in the subject line to finance@simshopy.com, and we’ll take care of it

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card that can be installed directly into your smartphone or other mobile devices. The operation of the eSIM is identical to a physical SIM card

How can I check if my phone is eSIM compatible ?

Please ensure that your device is eSIM compatible and carrier unlocked before purchasing. Note that country and carrier specific restrictions may apply

Call *#06# (USSD Code- free of charge) to confirm if your device has an EID number. Device with and EID number are eSIM compatible. If you have an MEID number , please contact us before placing an order

How can I set up my eSIM

📱 iPhone eSIM Setup

Method 1: Using a QR Code

-Go to: Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).

-Tap: Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.

-Scan the QR Code

-Follow on-screen instructions: Your phone will download the eSIM profile.

-Set your default SIM preferences:

Choose Primary (existing SIM) or Secondary (eSIM) for calls, messages, and data.

-Enable Dual SIM Mode if using both SIMs.

Method 2: Manual Activation

-Go to: Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM.

-Tap: Enter Details Manually.

-Input the SM-DP+ Address, Activation Code, and Confirmation Code

🤖 Android (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.) eSIM Setup

Method 1: Using a QR Code

-Go to: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs (or Mobile Network).

-Tap: Add Mobile Plan or Add eSIM.

-Select: Scan QR Code.

-Scan the QR code from your carrier.

-Follow on-screen steps to activate.

Method 2: Manual Activation

-Go to: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs.

-Select: Add eSIM > Enter Details Manually.

-Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code .

I can not scan my eSIM QR code,what should I do?

If you cannot scan the provided QR Code, you can install the eSIM by entering details manually. You will be asked to enter the SM-DP+ Address, Activation Code requiring these information

When does the validity of my eSIM start to count?

The validity period for eSIM begins upon download and activation on a smartphone. After this period expires, the eSIM will no longer be functional.

The activation of my eSIM is immediate?

Yes, the activation of your eSIM is typically immediate once it is downloaded and installed on your smartphone

If you are still abroad, please install the eSIM using the QR code either upon arrival at your destination or shortly before your flight, as the validity period begins from the moment of installation.

When will I receive my eSIM?

After purchasing your eSIM, you will receive an email confirmation. We will send you the QR code within 2H.

What happens to my eSIM if my phone is stolen?

Just like a physical SIM card, you will need to replace it with a new one when necessary.

What should I do if I lose my eSIM QR code accidentally ?

If you accidentally lose your eSIM QR code, please check your email inbox and spam folder for the original confirmation message.

If you still can't find it, please reach out to our 24/7 customer support team via service@simshopy.com or our online chat. We will promptly resend the code to your email.

Can I use my SIM card and eSIM at the same time?

If you're using an Apple device, you can use both your SIM card and eSIM simultaneously. Set your SIM card for phone calls and SMS, while using the SIMShopy eSIM for cellular data.

Keep in mind that if your SIM card remains active, your network provider may apply data roaming charges for making or receiving calls and SMS.

How can I delete the eSIM once I’ve used my data?

There is no need to delete the eSIM once you have finished using it.

However, if you wanted to, you can do this by going to your phone’s SIM card manager.
