1. General Conditions for Refund
1.Refunds are only applicable to unused and unactivated products.
2.All refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.
3.A valid proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation) is required for any refund request.

1.eSIMs are non-refundable once the QR code has been sent and/or the eSIM has been activated.

3. Service Failures
1.If there is a confirmed technical issue with our service (e.g., failure to connect or activate), and the issue is not resolved within 48 hours of reporting, you may request a full or partial refund.
2.We are not responsible for service failures caused by third-party providers, incorrect usage, or unsupported devices.
